Pixel Space

Privacy Policy

Learn how Pixel Space handles local files, browser storage, analytics and information used by online features.

Scope and operator

This policy applies to the Pixel Space website maintained by Xiaoxin. Last updated: 2026-10-14. Browser extensions and linked third-party services may have separate privacy policies; review their notices as well.

Local file processing

Local tools, including image, PDF/PPTX and video processing, handle files in your browser without uploading their contents to this site’s server. Local processing does not mean the page is fully offline: program files, fonts, models and external resources referenced by content may load over the network. See each tool’s instructions for formats, caching and network use.

Browser storage

Some tools save settings, history or cached files in the current browser to restore preferences, preview results or continue processing. Delete them using the tool’s cleanup options or your browser’s site data settings. Download any results you need first. Sending us an email does not automatically delete data stored in your browser.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and feature usage. Cookies and similar technologies may collect visit, device, browser and interaction information. Loading analytics sends request information such as the page URL and IP address to Google. Our custom tool events record details such as the tool, format, item count and export method, excluding filenames and file contents. The links below explain how Google processes this information.

Online features and third parties

Online features such as account sync and AI send the content needed to perform your request. When you visit the site, servers and related services may receive IP addresses, request URLs and operational information to respond and maintain the service. When you follow third-party links, download resources or send email, the providers process necessary information under their own policies.

Your choices and data requests

Manage cookies and site data in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on in a supported desktop browser. Clearing tool caches does not automatically stop analytics, and blocking cookies does not block all network requests. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information this site can identify and manage. Include enough context to verify your identity and the scope of the request. Files and caches stored only on your device must be removed locally by you.
